I tried ordering from thewillowco.com and their checkout was being an absolute idiot. It kept freezing right after I entered all my info, so I had to type everything in again twice. Then, out of nowhere, my discount code just disappeared like some dumb little trick. For a minute I couldn’t even tell if my order had gone through or not. Super annoying, and I just gave up.

I really wanted to like this because it looked great in the photos, but once I got it in person the finish was rough. Some of the edges weren’t even, and after just a few days a small part already felt loose. It’s not terrible, but for the price I expected a lot better. I also hate that now I have to deal with figuring out whether to fix it, return it, or just live with it — way more effort than I wanted for something that should’ve been made better in the first place

It washed up well overall, so no big complaints there. The only thing that stood out was how long it took to dry — longer than I was expecting. It kind of reminded me of being a kid waiting forever for laundry to finish before I could use my favorite blanket again. Not perfect, but it did the job

I reached out to customer service because I had a question and, i was checking my email a bunch while making coffee and doing a few things around the house. They did get back to me and answered what I needed, so I can’t really complain too much. It just took longer than I was expecting, and I would’ve appreciated a quicker response.

"Keeps freezing on me"
I really wanted this app to work, but it keeps freezing every time I try to use it. It’s not even about that being a small annoyance, it basically makes the app useless for me. Frustrating experience overall

"Return process was more hassle than it should’ve been"
I ordered from thewillowco.com and ended up needing to return the item. The whole return process was kind of a pain, slow, a little confusing, and I had to wait longer than expected just to hear back. When they did respond, it felt like one of those canned apology messages that doesn’t really say anything or help move things along. It wasn’t the absolute worst experience, but it definitely wasn’t great either.

"Hard to use and really slow"
I tried using the site on my phone and, it got annoying fast. I mean, I tried to give it a chance, but the pages were taking forever to load and a few buttons just didn’t respond when I tapped them.

The menu kept shifting around while I was using it, which made everything feel more frustrating than it needed to be. Even basic stuff like shipping and returns took way too much digging to find, and I almost gave up more than once.

Checkout was clunky too. I wasn’t even sure if my details had gone through or not, so I just left instead of finishing the order. For a shopping website, it really wasn’t a good experience

I don’t know, the pictures made it look a lot nicer than what actually showed up. At first I was disappointed because it really didn’t match the photos, but at the same time it wasn’t completely unusable or anything. It’s just weird because I kind of like it in some ways, but I also feel like I didn’t get what I thought I was ordering.

I was really excited for my order, but the shipping took so long that I was ready to say I wouldn’t order again—though, I guess if they improved delivery times, I might reconsider. Still, the wait was frustrating.

My order showed up with the box completely crushed, that feels like something the seller should have handled better before shipping it out. I get that things happen in transit, but the packaging was way too flimsy to protect anything. Disappointing

I ordered from thewillowco.com thinking the prices were just part of the deal, but afterward I found really similar items for less on other sites. That was frustrating. At this point I’m kind of tired of having to compare every little thing, deal with returns, or contact customer service just to feel like I got a fair price. I don’t hate what I received, but I do feel like I overpaid.

"Everything I Wanted Was Out of Stock"
I tried ordering from thewillowco.com a few different times, but it felt like half the things I wanted were always out of stock. A couple items even looked available at first, then once I clicked through, suddenly they weren’t. Super frustrating and makes the site feel like it’s not being kept up to date. The worst part is the generic “sorry for the inconvenience” type messages, which don’t really help when you’re just trying to buy something. I ended up giving up and ordering somewhere else.

"Felt completely ignored about my late delivery"
I ordered from thewillowco.com and the delivery experience was really frustrating. The tracking barely changed, and my order showed up much later than the date they gave me. I kept reaching out just to get a basic update, but the replies felt vague and kind of like they were brushing me off. The product itself wasn’t terrible, but the whole shipping situation made it way more annoying than it needed to be. I wouldn’t order again if I needed something to arrive by a specific date.

It looked a lot nicer in the pictures than it did once I got it. The quality is okay, but nothing special. I also felt like the descriptions and instructions could’ve been clearer, because I wasn’t totally sure what to expect

"Refund took forever"
I sent my order back thinking the refund would be straightforward, because that’s how the site made it sound. But it dragged on way longer than I expected, and at one point I was checking my account, then my email, then wondering if they’d even processed the return properly.

I ended up emailing them more than once, and the replies were super short. Just basically “it’s processing,” which didn’t really help. Like, okay, but processing until when? Also the return itself wasn’t the problem, the waiting was, and the lack of a clear answer made it more annoying.
I did finally get my money back, so at least there’s that. But the whole thing left a bad impression, especially since refunds shouldn’t take ages. I probably wouldn’t order from them again if this is how slow it is when something needs to be returned.
